The attendance register sign in a tiny church in rural Pulaski County, Indiana. The Lawton Christian Church had an attendance that sunday of five people out of a total enrollment of seventeen. A basket of flowers sits on a small wooden table under the sign.

This is Lawton Christian Church on County Road 400E in Pulaski county. Lawton is a crossroads with a few houses and the church. I found it one evening on the way back to Stephanie's house and photographed the outside at dusk. A few days later I looked up the minister in the Pulaski County phone book and he met me at the church and kindly allowed me to photograph the inside for an hour or so.
