alternative visions by Christopher Crawford

I always enjoy working with alternative cameras and proceses. This page shows off some of those efforts. Some were made with a Diana, a plastic toy camera from the late 1960's and early 1970's. The Diana was made in Hong Kong and took 120 rollfilm. Most of them leak light, and all of them produce blurry images with dark corners.

Other images were made with pinhole cameras. A piece of thin metal with a tiny pin-hole punched in it will create an image, just like a lens. The image is generally soft, without fine details because there is no glass to focus the image.
